Mario DiLorenzo II has worked in some aspect of Real Estate since 2000. After graduating from Indiana University he became licensed in 2002 he began his career with Re/Max which he was awarded in sales with the Executive Club in 2002-04-06, the Presidents Club in 2005, and the 100% Club in 2003. Mario has done transactions in condominiums, townhouses, single family homes, mulit-unit residential, commercial space, and investment property.In 2004 he started managing and brokering condo conversions of old apartment buildings. As his success and passion for development began to increase he decided to leave Re/Max and open his own brokerage. The Landview Realty Group opened in 2007 and specializes in catering to the needs of each individual client. "Each client like each property is different and has different needs…I found in my experience, while certain strategies that work with some properties will not work with others. That is when I decided to not follow some corporate model in how to sell real estate anymore and open my own brokerage that will really get back into the personal treatment each client deserves and can afford." Although he has done real estate transactions ranging from Chicago’s Loop to Naperville IL, Mario is proud to call Jefferson Park his home base.Mario not only practices real estate sales but he him self believes in its investment, by purchasing 6 properties ranging from out of state investments to commercial property all by the age of 26. After 20 years of successfully buying and selling personal and investment real estate Judy realized she should pursue her Brokers License and make her advocation her vocation. Because of her knowledge of the industry and genuine people skills Judy has achieved great success and recognition amongst peers and clients Judy’s prior career in Marketing and Advertising gives her the skills to properly communicate a property’s assets and direct this information to interested buyers. She also has the ability to weed through the mass amount of information and find the best match between buyers and sellers. Her professional career began after her graduation from the University of Illinois in Champaign from the College of Commerce. She worked initially on the corporate side with responsibility for marketing nationally known branded products. Eventually Judy moved to the Agency side and further developed skills for meeting client deadlines and needs. The mother of two sons, Judy has enjoyed the many activities within her community and her childrens’s school and athletic careers. She enjoys cooking and entertaining the vast of amount of friends and family. “A house is truly a home to be enjoyed and used.” |

Turan Yon was born and raised on Chicago’s NW side. After completing a Liberal Arts Degree at Columbia College he moved to Chicago’s Logan Square Neighborhood and has been living there since 1995. Turan’s college education was focused on Audio and Sound Engineering. He also minored in music. After college, Turan carried on a lucrative career as a music producer/engineer, having worked with many talented and legendary musicians. He still works as an engineer/producer but only for the passion and service to his loyal clients. Turan is also a professional musician and performs with many talented artists in Chicago. Since his childhood, thanks to his mother, Turan has been around the world of Real Estate ownership and investment. He has participated in rehabs, condo-conversions, and investment properties. As a result, the passion grew and it seemed perfectly logical for Turan to get a License to practice Real Estate in Illinois. Turan is happy to have signed on with The Landview Realty Group and looks forward to working on the Real Estate goals of his clients, whether it means a first home to raise a family or an investment opportunity to help lead them towards the wonderful world of early retirement. Turan’s specialty is in the buying and selling of residential and investment property. His focused area of expertise is in the City of Chicago and includes Logan Square, Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village, Bucktown, Lincoln Square, Lakeview, Jefferson Park, Edison Park, etc. In addition to the CIty of Chicago, he also carries much expertise in the northwest suburbs including: Park Ridge, Niles, Morton Grove, Des Plaines, Glenview, Mount Prospect, and Evanston. Marlene a veteran Realtor with over ten years of sales success through various brokerages plus a long career with sales as a corporate recruiter in advertising decided to join the Landview Realty Group, a young dynamic company with as much energy and otimism for the Real Estate industry as herself. Marlene is a native of Park Ridge and was destine for a career in real estate having lived in and built or rehabbed 15 homes all over the north and northwest suburbs. She brings her flair for staging, interior design, new home construction, and enthusiasm in every sale. Marlene is also a graduate of DePaul University. She has raised four successful children and currently resides in Des Plaine, IL. |
